I did not include in the list colleagues with whom I had discussions which did <i>not</i> lead to a draft paper, or with whom I discussed papers which I did not coauthor with them &#8212; <i>even</i> when those discussions were probably vital to the success of the paper, for example the contribution Pierre Lescanne made to hitting the right note in the Conclusions of <a href="papers.html#newcc">NEWcc</a>.  Such contributions are acknowledged in the individual papers.
